We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources and Administration

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain a talent list and lead staff recruitment with background checks.
• Ensure a conducive working environment for every staff member, conduct surveys
• Ensure each staff member has an employment contract and ID card
• Develop and maintain company culture and values.
• Draw up a training plan and continuous professional development for each job.
• Draw up a weekly educational meetings by departments
• Monitor each staff member's performance using relevant metrics
• Draw up staff roster regularly
• Develop and implement a leave policy
• Organize team bonding activirties
• Prepare monthly HR reports and plans
• Work with the finance office, COO, and CEO on payroll, remunerations, bonuses, and helath care.
• Birthday celebrations
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, pensions, and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement employment termination documents.
