Overview
What we are looking for:
- As a Retention Manager, you will focus on partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Quidax customers are set up for continued success.
- You should be passionate about blockchain and the industry and also be familiar with growth techniques.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Discover and identify expansion opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of the Quidax team.
- Leading ongoing communication and accountability for client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by establishing credibility with clients, solving problems, and achieving business and operational objectives
- Monitor key customer metrics, generate insights and identify both opportunities and challenges with clients
- Communicate client needs to the relevant department and meet objectives and deadlines
- Drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies
- Creating weekly and monthly marketing plans and budgets for our different products.
Job Requirements
What you need to have:
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience with a focus on growth & retention in fintech, banking B2C companies.
- Successful track record in Retention Management
- The ability to identify problems, provide solutions and adopt a general account management approach.
- Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.
- Strong process management, financial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel, databases, Google Analytics, etc.
