Quidax is a cryptocurrency exchange and we make it easy for individuals and businesses to buy and sell cryptocurrency using their local currency. We also enable fintech to provide cryptocurrency-related services to their customers through our API, making it possible for your customers to buy, sell, send, receive, or store crypto.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Overview
What we are looking for:

• As a Retention Manager, you will focus on partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Quidax customers are set up for continued success.
• You should be passionate about blockchain and the industry and also be familiar with growth techniques.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:

• Discover and identify expansion opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of the Quidax team.
• Leading ongoing communication and accountability for client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by establishing credibility with clients, solving problems, and achieving business and operational objectives
• Monitor key customer metrics, generate insights and identify both opportunities and challenges with clients
• Communicate client needs to the relevant department and meet objectives and deadlines
• Drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies
• Creating weekly and monthly marketing plans and budgets for our different products.

Job Requirements
What you need to have:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience with a focus on growth & retention in fintech, banking B2C companies.
• Successful track record in Retention Management
• The ability to identify problems, provide solutions and adopt a general account management approach.
• Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.
• Strong process management, financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge in MS Excel, databases, Google Analytics, etc.
