Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Brief
- Responsible for generating new leads for the business, follow up on prospects and build relationship with existing customers. Increase sales of the Company’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Actively network with business owners to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive and powerful digital advertising solutions to better engage their customers.
- Identify prospects, source new leads, qualify opportunities and grow market share.
- Market Company products and ensure maximum productivity.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital media and advertising to enhance business opportunities.
- Work directly in the field to research and find leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales target on a monthly basis.
- Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels.
- Strategically grow customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
- Ensure strict discipline with documenting accurate call reports and to update client profiling after each client discussion/meeting.
- Maintain and update knowledge on all Company’s products and services so as to provide clear and accurate answer to client’s enquiries.
- Meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all Company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of existing relationship and prospects.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Supervisor.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and budget achievements.
Requirements
- First Degree in relevant discipline.
- 2 -3 years’ work-related work experience, prior experience in service rendering industry.
- Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques.
- Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.
- Able to work/learn in fast paced environment.
- Result Oriented.
- Good Relationship Management.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Passionate about Sales.
- Good time management.
- Good Negotiation and persuasive skills.
