Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • Responsible for generating new leads for the business, follow up on prospects and build relationship with existing customers. Increase sales of the Company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Actively network with business owners to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive and powerful digital advertising solutions to better engage their customers.
  • Identify prospects, source new leads, qualify opportunities and grow market share.
  • Market Company products and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital media and advertising to enhance business opportunities.
  • Work directly in the field to research and find leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales target on a monthly basis.
  • Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels.
  • Strategically grow customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Ensure strict discipline with documenting accurate call reports and to update client profiling after each client discussion/meeting.
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all Company’s products and services so as to provide clear and accurate answer to client’s enquiries.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all Company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of existing relationship and prospects.
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Supervisor.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and budget achievements.

Requirements

  • First Degree in relevant discipline.
  • 2 -3 years’ work-related work experience, prior experience in service rendering industry.
  • Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.
  • Able to work/learn in fast paced environment.
  • Result Oriented.
  • Good Relationship Management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Passionate about Sales.
  • Good time management.
  • Good Negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Proactive and ability to take initiative.
