Job Description
- The Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning production schedules and ensuring that the production process is carried out within budget and on time.
- The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.
- You will be responsible for managing all enquiries, relating them to the relevant department, managing the production of fashion pieces and ensuring every customer is satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards
- Following up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients promptly
- Ensure that the production of fashion pieces are in line with company standards
- Managing the production of fashion pieces and ensuring that all pieces are produced timely
- Deliver the highest level of professional service to customers
- Manage the flow of bookings and see to the delivery of fashion pieces from start to finish
- Maintain the cleanliness of the front office
- Recording daily sales, receive and follow up on payment of all client orders
- Build processes that meet our business objective and ensure compliance
- Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs
- Managing point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keeping up to date with product information
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Following all companies policies and procedures Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of Two (2) years experience in customer success
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent time management, project organization, and follow-through skills.
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
Work hours:
- 9:00 a.m. - 6p.m. (Mondays - Fridays) & 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Tuesday-Saturdays)
