Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement sales policy and processes
- Develop the client portfolio and turnover
- Collaborate with extended dealerships in out of Lagos territories
- Analyze sales figures and propose sales promotion and development measures
- Monitor competitors and make suggestions to Management
- Create a comprehensive weekly sales reporting system
- Elaborate plans to continuously improve customer’s experience / satisfaction
- Coach and support other members of the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automobile industry
- Experience selling heavy trucks is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Proficient in sales and marketing techniques
Salary
N600,000 - N650,000 Monthly.
