Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement sales policy and processes
• Develop the client portfolio and turnover
• Collaborate with extended dealerships in out of Lagos territories
• Analyze sales figures and propose sales promotion and development measures
• Monitor competitors and make suggestions to Management
• Create a comprehensive weekly sales reporting system
• Elaborate plans to continuously improve customer’s experience / satisfaction
• Coach and support other members of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automobile industry
• Experience selling heavy trucks is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Proficient in sales and marketing techniques

Salary
N600,000 - N650,000 Monthly.
