Job Description

  • Are you an expatriate in Nigeria specifically from India or any Asian country and reside in Lagos?
  • We are recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities  

  • Develop opportunities in target markets with support of marketing
  • Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts
  • Attending face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Providing specialist advice on the services we are offering.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.

Requirements

  • MBA/BA in Business Administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
