Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Support
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers
- Attend to incoming calls professional and promptly
- Take orders via all customer channels and processing same according to the standard operating procedure
- Creating content for social media post
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms in order to build awareness and convert sales
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND, OND / BSc with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English
- Should have a reasonable understanding of how social media works
- Ability to speak more than one language will be an added advantage
- Ability to use Canva
- Should live around Lekki environs
- Must have impressive customer service skill, a certification in customer service will be an added advantage
- Must be a fast learner
- Must know how to use a computer proficiently
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
