We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Support

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers
• Attend to incoming calls professional and promptly
• Take orders via all customer channels and processing same according to the standard operating procedure 
• Creating content for social media post
• Engaging with customers on social media platforms in order to build awareness and convert sales

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, OND / BSc with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English
• Should have a reasonable understanding of how social media works
• Ability to speak more than one language will be an added advantage
• Ability to use Canva
• Should live around Lekki environs
• Must have impressive customer service skill, a certification in customer service will be an added advantage
• Must be a fast learner
• Must know how to use a computer proficiently

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
