Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing business operations.
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics
- Create reports for the management.
- Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations Team – IFM, OSS, JVs; Regional Managers; HSEQ).
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
- Assist CEO in discharge of his functions.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- MSc / MBA in related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the real estate industry, with 5 years minimum experience in the managerial role.
