TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Real Estate firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing business operations.
• Analyze and interpret data and metrics
• Create reports for the management.
• Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations Team – IFM, OSS, JVs; Regional Managers; HSEQ).
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Assist CEO in discharge of his functions.
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MSc / MBA in related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the real estate industry, with 5 years minimum experience in the managerial role.
