HR-EX Consulting - Our client, a multinational company, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive / Admin Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: the General Manager
Responsibilities
- Effective immigration administration; ensuring filing of returns & quotas, facilitating visa arrangement, and following up with immigrations.
- Working closely with the General Manager and Lawyers on updating the brand’s NAFDAC documentation.
- Facilitating HMO & Life Insurance administration; staff health check-ups when necessary and updating hospital list every month.
- Assist in the regular shipping of documents regularly.
- Total card schedule; ensure the monthly schedule for renewal, and payment, and see to the request for a new card.
- Work with the Internet Service provider to ensure monthly payments are in order. Also ensuring systems and tools are in good condition.
- Facilitating travel ticketing and hotel administration.
- Office administration; booking meetings, procurement of equipment, organizing and maintaining diaries.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Mass Communication, Linguistics or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of Administrative experience.
- The candidate must possess a poised personality.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
- Candidate must be flexible, adaptable, forward-thinking, confident, & a person of integrity.
- The candidate must be a professional and have a high sense of responsibility.
Remuneration
- Salary Budget: N4,000,000 - N4,500,000 annual gross.
- Other Benefits: HMO, Phone Allowance, Life Insurance.
