HR-EX Consulting - Our client, a multinational company, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive / Admin Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: the General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Effective immigration administration; ensuring filing of returns & quotas, facilitating visa arrangement, and following up with immigrations.
  • Working closely with the General Manager and Lawyers on updating the brand’s NAFDAC documentation.
  • Facilitating HMO & Life Insurance administration; staff health check-ups when necessary and updating hospital list every month.
  • Assist in the regular shipping of documents regularly.
  • Total card schedule; ensure the monthly schedule for renewal, and payment, and see to the request for a new card.
  • Work with the Internet Service provider to ensure monthly payments are in order. Also ensuring systems and tools are in good condition.
  • Facilitating travel ticketing and hotel administration.
  • Office administration; booking meetings, procurement of equipment, organizing and maintaining diaries.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Mass Communication, Linguistics or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Administrative experience.
  • The candidate must possess a poised personality.
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must be flexible, adaptable, forward-thinking, confident, & a person of integrity.
  • The candidate must be a professional and have a high sense of responsibility.

Remuneration

  • Salary Budget: N4,000,000 - N4,500,000 annual gross.
  • Other Benefits: HMO, Phone Allowance, Life Insurance.
