Job Title: Customer Service Operations Officer
Location: Palmgrove, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Ensuring superb customer experience and professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Ensuring timely dispatch of E-advice to customers after payment of dividend.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information for analyzing customer needs.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints from the company’s customer experience centre
- Receive all incoming requests on unclaimed dividends through CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Strategic Management, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Previous experience in operations management, especially in the banking sector.
- The candidate should be able to process invalid report from NIBSS
- Ability to liaison with bank service champion to rectify EDMMS issues
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- The capacity to encourage efficiency to realize company goals and profits.
