Description

  • We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
  • You must be able to understand human resources and its fundamentals while promoting business values and cultivating a positive culture.
  • Human resource are our most valuable asset, and you will be in charge of ensuring that we have a productive workplace where everyone works together to achieve our specified mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the recruitment of right people in available job roles within the organisation
  • Re-evaluating policies to become inline with latest trend.
  • Conduct periodic benefit analysis to ensure the organization has a competitive edge in the industry
  • Providing career growth opportunities for employees via periodic training and development
  • Ensures policies are in place to carter for the health and wellness of employees
  • Coordinate quarterly performance review and actions sequel to the review
  • Ensure the overall utilisation of human resource in the organization
  • Ensure employee care, satisfaction, and information management
  • Drive the Company’s culture across the people to enable high performance, personal development, and wellbeing
  • Coordinate HR operations, payroll, benefits, HR tools, policies, and processes

Requirements

  • MS.c / MBA, CIPM/ PHRi"
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR lead role
  • Ability to create an HR strategy that effectively supports the overarching organizational strategy
  • Ability to drive policies in line with corporate govenance
  • Ability to drive productivity & ensure employee well being
  • Ability to lead and cordinate the team
  • Strong experience in managing large teams
  • Active listener and good communication skills
