We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Consultant
Location: Lekki, Ajah - Lagos
Responsibilities
- Conducting research to identify workforce issues or inefficiency
- Oversee payroll management and make recommendations where necessary
- Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees
- Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in core HR
- Excellent computer skills and experience with ATS, Payroll and HR management software
- Very good use of Microsoft excels and PowerPoint
- Full understanding of HR legislation, policies and procedures
