We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Location: Lekki, Ajah - Lagos

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to identify workforce issues or inefficiency
• Oversee payroll management and make recommendations where necessary
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees
• Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in core HR
• Excellent computer skills and experience with ATS, Payroll and HR management software
• Very good use of Microsoft excels and PowerPoint
• Full understanding of HR legislation, policies and procedures
