Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will from time to time facilitate and develop value proposition and/or business development strategies to constantly improve client flow and relationship, increase market share and effectively grow revenue.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plan as well as strategic marketing for the hospital.
- Manage, and oversee business development activities such as lead generation, account management, negotiations, and development of proposals, follow up, concluding agreement e.t.c.
- Identify market opportunities and close new business deals in accordance with corporate goals
- Partners with the hospital CEO to develop and execute quarterly marketing plans and actions that ensure established targets are achieved.
- Collaborates with internal physicians and CEOs to develop strategic initiatives that drive new business. Works closely with the internal physicians and CEOs to help resolve barriers for admissions and/or business opportunities.
- Enhance the Hospital brand in the primary and secondary service areas.
- Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from physicians / physician practices, cooperate companies such that patient volume goals are accomplished for the quarter.
- Execute sales and retention strategies and plans.
- Track activities and reports on activities and issues.
- Successfully close business in accordance with predetermined targets.
- Prepare and present executive reports.
- Complete follow-up meetings with physicians and/or cooperate companies as needed to close new or additional business, ensuring that internal and external obstacles to business growth and retention are identified and minimized or eliminated.
- Implement integrated marketing communications campaigns, projects and initiatives for Hospital
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or a clinical field (Masters will be an added advantage)
- 3+ years of marketing/sales experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards
- Proven success in relationship development.
