Job Title: Operations Manager (Logistics)
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Job Summary
- They are looking for a dynamic process-oriented individual skilled in developing standard operating procedures, policies and operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation of Order Fulfilment Floor Plans
- Provide day-to-day Operations Management
- Managing and training of new operations staff
- Keeping records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
- Lead, implement and execute plans in line with management objectives.
- Ensure compliance, integrity and quality in established procedures and specifications.
- Responding to any issues or complaints.
- Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 4-5 years of logistics operations management experience
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry
- Great people management skills.
