Job Title: Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary

• They are looking for a dynamic process-oriented individual skilled in developing standard operating procedures, policies and operational practices.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation of Order Fulfilment Floor Plans
• Provide day-to-day Operations Management
• Managing and training of new operations staff
• Keeping records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
• Lead, implement and execute plans in line with management objectives.
• Ensure compliance, integrity and quality in established procedures and specifications.
• Responding to any issues or complaints.
• Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 4-5 years of logistics operations management experience
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry
• Great people management skills.
