Job Summary
- The Sales Lead will be responsible for the management and coordination of the sales team.
- He/ She will also be responsible for generating new idea while attracting potential customers & retaining existing ones.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Responsible for improving new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings
- Responsible for attending industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Responsible for developing and presenting relevant business proposals and also assisting in the proposal process with the marketing and project management teams.
- Responsible for representing the company at networking events or meetings to promote the company’s products and services
- Responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, open houses, advertisements, listing services, and social media.
- Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practice.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Sales Executive in the finance industry.
- Must have experience in marketing and generation of new lead
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbally, written and presentation) skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
