Job Summary

• The Sales Lead will be responsible for the management and coordination of the sales team.
• He/ She will also be responsible for generating new idea while attracting potential customers & retaining existing ones.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Responsible for improving new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings
• Responsible for attending industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Responsible for developing and presenting relevant business proposals and also assisting in the proposal process with the marketing and project management teams.
• Responsible for representing the company at networking events or meetings to promote the company’s products and services
• Responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, open houses, advertisements, listing services, and social media.
• Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practice.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Sales Executive in the finance industry.
• Must have experience in marketing and generation of new lead
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbally, written and presentation) skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business acumen and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
