Job Title: Client Relations Officer

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a driven and passionate Client Relationship Officer to join our growing team!
  • As a Clent Relationship Officer, you will act as a point of contact, provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and efficiently address any issues that our clients might face.
  • A great candidate for this role will be able to provide the highest service standards, respond quickly to clients, and boost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Social Sciences.
  • At least 3 years experience working in customer support.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent with data Analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Candidates living on the Island will be most preferred for proximity.
