Job Title: Catering Service & Hotel Management Instructor
Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Requirements
- Candidate must have HND in Catering Service and Hospitality Management
- Candidate must have a professional certificate in Baking and cooking
- Candidate should be leaving within Egbeda, Lagos state
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
- Basic and advanced baking skills
- Bread baking
- Dessert plating
- Cake decorating
- Nutrition
- Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs
- Prepare a variety of baked goods
- Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Conduct tests and exams for students
- Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
- Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them
- Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.
