We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Catering Service & Hotel Management Instructor

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Requirements

• Candidate must have HND in Catering Service and Hospitality Management
• Candidate must have a professional certificate in Baking and cooking
• Candidate should be leaving within Egbeda, Lagos state
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.

Skills:

• Basic and advanced baking skills
• Bread baking
• Dessert plating
• Cake decorating
• Nutrition
• Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs
• Prepare a variety of baked goods
• Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
• Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Conduct tests and exams for students
• Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
• Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them
• Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.
