Waje Smart Solutions is a software biased information technology systems integrator. We assist businesses to drive digital transformation initiatives that will either lead to increase in sales, reduction in costs and/or mitigation of risks. We do this by working with small and large companies to digitize their business data, provide security around their data, implement automation of their processes (back-end and front end) whilst using data analytics to provide insights that enable business owners gather intelligence from their digitized data to make informed decisions. Job Title: RPA Developer - UI Path

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and execute related tasks
• Experience integrating diverse data streams and perform detail analysis
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to Robotics Automation solutions
• Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues
• Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness
• Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution
• Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
• Support process improvement and special project activities requiring engagement and collaboration with a variety of functional teams
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
• Working with subject matter experts to accurately describe a current process in a step-by-step manner to produce process design documentation.
• Developing and implementing new automations in UiPath by teaching software bots’ manual tasks that are currently accomplished by individuals
• Along with other developers investigating, understanding, and defining high-volume, repetitive operations processes that could be automated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath
• 3+ years of IT experience in software development in developing robust web applications and client/server applications
• Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
• Familiarity and understanding of at least one of the following languages, technology stacks and or data tools ideal: Java, C++, Python, .Net (VB, C#, ASP), JavaScript, SQL).
