Waje Smart Solutions is a software biased information technology systems integrator. We assist businesses to drive digital transformation initiatives that will either lead to increase in sales, reduction in costs and/or mitigation of risks. We do this by working with small and large companies to digitize their business data, provide security around their data, implement automation of their processes (back-end and front end) whilst using data analytics to provide insights that enable business owners gather intelligence from their digitized data to make informed decisions. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: RPA Developer - UI Path

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and execute related tasks
• Experience integrating diverse data streams and perform detail analysis
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to Robotics Automation solutions
• Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues
• Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness
• Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution
• Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
• Support process improvement and special project activities requiring engagement and collaboration with a variety of functional teams
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
• Working with subject matter experts to accurately describe a current process in a step-by-step manner to produce process design documentation.
• Developing and implementing new automations in UiPath by teaching software bots’ manual tasks that are currently accomplished by individuals
• Along with other developers investigating, understanding, and defining high-volume, repetitive operations processes that could be automated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath
• 3+ years of IT experience in software development in developing robust web applications and client/server applications
• Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
• Familiarity and understanding of at least one of the following languages, technology stacks and or data tools ideal: Java, C++, Python, .Net (VB, C#, ASP), JavaScript, SQL).
