Blvckhair_ng is a hair production company; we produce and sell hair extensions like crochet braids and wigs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Online Sales Representative

Location: Oluyole - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process online orders
  • Convert leads into actual sales
  • Liase with and manage courier companies
  • Develop and maintain an updated customer/vendor lists
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education:

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience in an e-commerce role
  • Experience with sales targets.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
