We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: POS Operations Associate

Location: Abuja
Work Type: Full Time
Department: Product Operations

Responsibilities
POS Deployment & Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with Product Operations for generating TID 
  • Engaging POS manufacturers for terminal configuration 
  • Work with the Sales team, Admin and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate Terminals deployment.
  • Receive new Terminals, ensuring correct stocktaking
  • Record all stock received and inventory movement to all stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

Terminal Repairs:

  • Diagnose and Repair faulty Terminals (software & hardware issues)
  • Maintain all POS repair equipment and ensure they are in good working condition

Issue Resolution:

  • Takes responsibility for understanding internal and external client requirements and coordination of the fulfillment of those requirements.
  • Take responsibility for documenting, tracking and  distribution of POS 
  • Execute efficient POS and channels support services in line with agreed SLAs
  • Ensure the adherence to SLA’s for terminal repairs 
  • Effectively manage complaints for walk-in Agents
  • Manage Business communication in a way to promote both innovation and operational initiatives and keep agents, merchants and relevant stakeholders informed.

 Expertise & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or a related Technical field from an accredited university.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations and or Agent Operations.
  • Able to manage tasks effectively and act professionally within the workplace and with customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit
  • Experience in configuration, repairing, installation of software and hardware products is a plus
  • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve agent and team quality.
