Job Description
- Ability to handle all customer enquiry and complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on calls
- Ability to do one-on-one presentations and online presentations to schools or agency.
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences or any related Field
- Fresh graduate with post NYSC Certificate.
Requirements:
Candidate must be:
- Bold and confident to speak in a public or large gatherings
- Must children friendly
- Have good oral & written communication skills
- Be adaptive
- Able to pay attention to detail.
