Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ability to handle all customer enquiry and complaints
• Provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up on calls
• Ability to do one-on-one presentations and online presentations to schools or agency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences or any related Field
• Fresh graduate with post NYSC Certificate.

Requirements:
Candidate must be:

• Bold and confident to speak in a public or large gatherings
• Must children friendly
• Have good oral & written communication skills
• Be adaptive
• Able to pay attention to detail.
