Job Description
- Experienced Sales and Marketing Manager (Female) with great expertise in sales of Homes and Apartments across the Lagos Island axis of Lagos State is being sought by our client, a leading real estate organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and retain new business prospects and engage them in the company’s products and services.
- Assemble and manage a team of freelance real estate sales people
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Advise on investment products based on client needs.
- Ensure adequate communication with clients with regard to their needs and interests and provide sales representation when needed.
- Design/ draft content-filled proposals for prospective clients.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or Master's Degree qualification
- At least 2 years sales experience selling real estate on the island (ideally houses in the 50-300m range)
- Strong Market knowledge
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 + commission.
