Job Brief

  • We are looking to hire an HR & Admin Coordinator to coordinate all our activities.
  • This individual will plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions.
  • Interpret HR policies &procedures and recommend effective course of action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
  • Be accountable for ensuring accurate employee data in all core HR Systems ensuring updates are made in a timely manner.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with externa lvendors, upper management, and employees to maintain HR standards conscripted by authorities.
  • Prepare and maintain group life insurance scheme for employees.
  • Prepare staff introduction letter i.e letter to consulate for visa .
  • Provide clerical & admin suport to the organization
  • Employee performance evaluation.
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic Recruiting and Retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of employee information (contracts, leave dates, performance reviews, references, queries, etc.) and ensure that information on all employees is up-to-date.
  • Ensure that all company HR and welfare policies, systems, programs, and actions comply with local and labor legislation as well as comply with the company’s code of conduct.
  • Support employee engagement activities and drive HR process automation and policy updates.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or in any Social Sciences related discipline.
  • 5-10 years’ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Preferably Male for Gender balance.
  • Must have broad in-dept knowledge of federal & state laws governing human resources.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • CIPM or any relevant professional qualification is necessary.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
