Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We're hiring a seasoned Sales Associate to help us keep growing, be responsible for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
  • You are expected to be continuously updating your knowledge of the company’s services, and policies. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and Promote the company as the best workplace.
  • Generate and convert leads.
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective customers.
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services.
  • Help determine price schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Visit prospects and customers to evaluate needs or promote services.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Communicate customer concerns, requests, and reviews to top management.
  • Follow and achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Comply with all procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
  • Certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation/Pitching skills
  • Organized, and conscientious of schedules & deadlines.
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Personable and professional.
  • Understanding of construction or production methods and processes.
