The Role
- We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our newly created HR Consulting Practice to deliver a variety of HR solutions and services to our clients.
- Support the Initiation and e and lead human resource programs and projects
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
- Assist in formulating strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
- Assist in recruiting, training, and management of employees
- Assist in devising plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
- Assist in the development and integration of policies
- Assist in selecting and implementing suitable HR technology
- Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
- Review systems and processes and recommend modifications to address issues
- Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
Requirements
- First Degree in relevant field (HND holders can apply)
- HR Certification will be added advantage.
- Proven experience as HR Generalist
- Fair Understanding of project management preferably HR related
- Knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
- Strong understanding of research methods and analysis
- Ability to assist in strategizing and formulating business plans
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations using MS Office tools
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and consulting skills
- A team player.
