Job Title: Female Human Resources Generalist

Location: Abuja (FCT) - Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our newly created HR Consulting Practice to deliver a variety of HR solutions and services to our clients.
• Support the Initiation and e and lead human resource programs and projects
• Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
• Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
• Assist in formulating strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
• Assist in recruiting, training, and management of employees
• Assist in devising plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
• Assist in the development and integration of policies
• Assist in selecting and implementing suitable HR technology
• Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
• Review systems and processes and recommend modifications to address issues
• Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.

Requirements

• First Degree in relevant field (HND holders can apply)
• HR Certification will be added advantage.
• Proven experience as HR Generalist
• Fair Understanding of project management preferably HR related
• Knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
• Strong understanding of research methods and analysis
• Ability to assist in strategizing and formulating business plans
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations using MS Office tools
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and consulting skills
• A team player.
