We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager (Automobile)

Location: Lekki & Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The primary focus of the role will be to achieve and exceed allocated unit sales targets while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards with regards to tyre sales operations, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige
  • Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target
  • Achieve or exceed Customer service objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company objectives.
  • Setting sales targets for the sales team as per the company objectives.
  • Develop the sales strategies per channel.
  • Monitoring team's performance.
  • Motivating team to reach targets and propose development plans.
  • Analyze the sales figures.
  • Manage major accounts.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors and reporting to management necessary market intelligence.
  • Finalize and align the marketing strategies with the marketing dept.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and finance dept in order to ensure that customers' demands are fulfilled on time – in full.

Competency / Skill / Requirements

  • B.Sc in related field (marketing, economics, mathematics etc)
  • 5 years post NYSC. Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Past work experience in a Multinational environment would be an added advantage
  • Must be highly organized in order to manage their territory and time.
  • Must be Responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs, both short and long-range,
  • Ability to develop and assist in the assignment of individual sales and expense budgets in accordance with company goals and budgets.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
