We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose Statement

  • We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. A client-facing, sales management role responsible for Revenue generation, Customer relationship, and engagement within the FinTech industry-leading a sales team who orchestrates resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of our organization.

Key Deliverables

  • Meet and exceed new-business revenue goals.
  • Manage a high-performing Team.
  • Conduct business research on prospects/opportunities/ segments and create and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to bring in new customers.
  • Developing and executing a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports organization revenue and profitability targets.
  • Preparing and delivering business reviews and presentations to the senior management team as and when required.
  • Driving sales and maintaining consistent sales growth by continuously establishing customers.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Maintaining a robust deal pipeline and effectively managing large-scale, complex contract negotiations and closing new business deals with potential customers, working closely.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Relevant training & certifications.
  • 6+ years experience in a similar role.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Passion for sales, target-driven, and result oriented.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales/business development teams in the financial services industry. (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to create, establish, maintain and deepen relationships with customers.
  • Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
