Responsibilities
- Managing sales by developing marketing plans that cover sales revenue and expense control.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments/ propositions to existing and prospective clients.
- Perform cost benefit and need analysis for existing/potential customers or clients to meet their needs.
- Demand of new generation tactics and lead conversion principles.
- Design content marketing strategies and set short term goals.
- Understanding user segmentation and reporting processes.
- Create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
- Extensive experience creating audience segment and developing marketing campaigns.
- Leveraging full value from marketing automation processes ad tools.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Acquire new markets from extensive and thorough field/ online research daily.
- Expedite the resolution of client’s problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome to schedule.
- Analyse the territory/ market potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customers needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new markets and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve, true feedback.

- Possess a BSc with 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills with openness to feedback.
- Ability to lead sales team.
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
