Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) officer. The HSE Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Designs training programs to provide safety awareness education
- Develop necessary measures to assure all personnel safety.
- Ensures compliance with all safety regulations
- Assess all risks associated with tools and equipment, and work environments within their assigned research market
- Carry out regular sites inspections
- Ensures proper installation and operation of all machines / equipment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc in an Engineering field.
- Applicant should be Health, Safety and Environment Certified.
- Proven work experience in this position.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly
