Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) officer. The HSE Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.

Job Responsibilities

• Designs training programs to provide safety awareness education
• Develop necessary measures to assure all personnel safety.
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations
• Assess all risks associated with tools and equipment, and work environments within their assigned research market
• Carry out regular sites inspections
• Ensures proper installation and operation of all machines / equipment

Job Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc in an Engineering field.
• Applicant should be Health, Safety and Environment Certified.
• Proven work experience in this position.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly
