Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Work Model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities and developing viable long-term strategies around those opportunities.
- Analyse project costs, schedules, consumer response, risk analysis, and other factors.
- Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for regular reviews with senior management.
- Develop, define, and communicate the project charter and key management plans around scope, schedules / timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders to effectively achieve key deliverables.
- Create a growth strategy focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Schedule and attend business meetings with potential clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services to address or anticipate the goals of the clients.
- Prepare sales contracts to ensure compliance with statutory rules and guidelines.
- Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts.
- Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives.
- Develop budgets, plans and program funding proposals for programs.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in similar industry.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
