We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base
  • Looking for potential clients opportunities.
  • Attain or exceed objectives for investment plans and up sell more opportunities to be created from new services and products.
  • Perform with Head of the department to convey customer needs, establish priorities and manage internal database performance of delivery productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field is advantageous.
  • Prospective Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience as a Marketer/Sales Officer in a financial institution.
  • The ability to retain important information.
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Must have had previous experience in the bank or any Fin-Tech organization
  • 3 out of the 7 years of experience must be as a Market facing team lead in a financial institution with proven achievements.
  • Minimum educational requirement is B.Sc. in any discipline. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates must possess the ability to raise tenured investments.
  • He/She must be capable to lead a team to achieve set deliverables.
  • Ability to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Attend events to showcase product features to potential customers.
  • Must be able to generate leads from personal networking efforts.

Salary Range
N400,000 Monthly (negotiable) plus commission upon meeting target.
