We do this by leveraging on technology to ensure easy accessto quality healthcare service and top notch delivery in the healthcare ecosystem.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Edo, Ogun, Oyo  and Lagos (Alimosho, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Ajah)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Lead generation through prospecting and marketing.
  • Revenue generation through sales of the Talamus Digital Platforms to prospects.
  • Presentation of reports as demanded by direct line Manager.
  • Client Support and Customer Care.
  • Meeting set KPIs and Deliverables.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc. Degree in a Healthcare, Science, or Marketing-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC work experience.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology industry: Applicant should have a thorough understanding of the healthcare technology industry, including current trends and changes.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts: Digitizing healthcare systems often involves complex technical concepts and features. Applicants should be able to clearly and concisely explain these to others, in a language that is easy to understand.
  • Strong communication skills: Applicants should be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and be able to present ideas and information in a clear and compelling way.
  • Persuasiveness: Applicants should be able to persuade others to support their ideas, using a variety of techniques such as presenting the benefits of a proposal and overcoming objections.
  • Customer Service skills: Applicants should be able to provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, queries, addressing customer concerns, and following up with customers as needed.
  • Time management skills: Applicants should be able to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks, in order to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Applicant should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and project needs, and be able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to problems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations: Applicants should be familiar with healthcare regulations and compliance issues, and be able to navigate these effectively in their work.
  • Previous work experience in medical or technology sales in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Integrity: Applicant should be honest and ethical in their work, and build trust with team members and stakeholders by being transparent and following through on commitments.
