We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Manager - Beverage

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Plan, manage and execute sales target achievement pan Nigeria.
  • Create and ensure follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Continuously acquire and maintain current product, customer and territory knowledge and ensure team alignment.
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals on a national scale.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns pan Nigeria.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock and ensure prompt stock depletion

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
  • An MBA degree in Marketing or Business Administration and membership of related association is an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a passionate salesperson and result oriented
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years FMCG sales experience, preferably from beverages-wines, spirits and carbonated drinks.
  • MUST be currently working in either a beverage company or must have worked in a beverage company for at least 7 years in a managerial position.
  • The candidate should be analytical, charismatic, and must possess excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have functioned in a managerial and leadership capacity of a major beverage company in the last seven years.
  • Must possess strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the local consumer beverage market.

Other Conditions:

  • They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
  • Grounded in supervisory and leadership skills is mandatory
  • Extensive knowledge of beveragemarket dynamics in Nigeria
  • Ideal candidates should be ready to reside in Onitsha.
  • Applicant must understand the whole rudiments of sales process and developing a sales and marketing strategy.
