We  are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Assistant (Male)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Provide administrative assistance for the office to include filing, scanning, drafting letters, data entry and other miscellaneous functions.
  • Assist with preparing and processing documents and reports
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the office activities
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings and all associated logistics, departmental and off-site meetings, external group events etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executives and process expense reports.
  • Assist in setting up for meetings (Set up chairs, assist administratively in preparation of meeting materials, e.g., copy, collate, scan)
  • Purchase/order office supplies and equipments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Any additional duties assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
