Job Title: Supervisor

Job Description
- Strong communication of the weekly operational plan to hotel manager.
- Prompt maintenance of all hotel Room facilities and building
- Reviewing employee behavior, grooming, and performance
- Motivating team members and ensuring good productivity across all departments
- Inspecting all room amenities before daily check-in and monitoring online reviews/complains
- Supervise and train staff members in all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food service.
- Ensure that all guest requests and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure that they are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of guest complaints, maintenance requests, and staff performance.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure that all staff members are following established protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the hotel is meeting revenue and occupancy goals.
- Assist the hotel manager with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel operations or guest services is required, with 2-3 years of supervisory experience and 2 years in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
