Summary

  • Our growing company is seeking to hire a business development and sales manager who will be responsible for the financial growth of the company.
  • You will be at the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development and sales strategy.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
  • In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to influence existing and prospective clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Working with staff members, clients, or agencies to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
  • Set and achieve collective and individual financial targets.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Developing strategies to increase buyer interest in products and services.
  • Tracking financial goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the business development and sales team.
  • Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing business development and sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
